All the products that we sell are backed by a 12 months standard manufacturer's warranty; unless otherwise stated.

SAMSUNG STANDARD WARRANTY
To get your item fixed/replaced under warranty from SAMSUNG when you purchase online from urdigital™ is a lot easier than you may think. With a network of Authorised SAMSUNG Service Centres across Australia, it is never too hard or too far for you to have your item fixed/replaced.

Simply follow this link here and you will be taken to a SAMSUNG Service locator website where you can enter in your postcode to locate the nearest SAMSUNG Service Centre. Naturally you’ll need to take in your invoice from us along with your item to the Service Centre.

SAMSUNG 14 DAYS DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) WARRANTY
SAMSUNG also makes allowance for DOA items for your peace of mind. If an item is found to have a manufacturing fault during the first 14 days from date of invoiced, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us with the details of the fault, your invoice number and your product serial number. We then organise for you to return the faulty item back to us or our supplier for a direct replacement (subject to stock availability). It is, however customer's responsibility how to return the item and to cover any cost associated with its return.

CCP-CUSTOMER CARE PROGRAM (EXTENDED WARRANTY)
At urdigital™ we offer CCP (extended warranty) ranging from 1 year upgrade through to 5 years cover on most item that we sell. It can also be done within 3 months from date of purchasing an item from us. The extended warranty provides for the labour and replacement parts/products necessary to maintain the product in good operating condition.

Once you have purchased an extended warranty, we will send you a DVD disc containing your unique CCP ID and information on how you can register for the extended warranty.

As a guideline, the extended warranty are generally the same as the manufacturer's warranty coverage.
