You can check if you qualify for this arrangement by simply add the SBS refrigerator to the shopping cart. No need to worry if you're adding item to the shopping cart, as you can always delete it from the cart at anytime.

DELIVERY DAMAGE
Please inspect the parcel before signing anything with our freight company. If the parcel appears to be damage or tampered with please DO NOT SIGN for the delivery! Delivery must be rejected; and contact urdigital™ to inform us of the situation. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out to you.

Once you have signed for the delivery, you have assumed the responsibility of the parcel and agree that it is free of any delivery damage!

Neither our courier company, manufacturer, supplier nor urdigital™ is responsible for delivery damage beyond this point.

HOW WE DELIVER
At urdigital™ we use 3rd party company freight services to deliver your order. Naturally, terms & conditions will be in accordance with the relevant freight company service that we use.

We only deliver to Australian residential/business address. We do not delivery to PO BOX addresses.

For large size order such as TV/washing machine, we cannot deliver to high rise building without an elevator and the assistance of someone else within the premise.

WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT HOME
Generally, our freight company will leave a card in your letterbox if you are not at home at the time of delivery. Please contact the freight company to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.

If in the case if we use same a day Direct Couriers Service, a re-delivery fees will apply.

RETURNING AN ITEM
If, for any reasons other than the manufacturer is defect within the first 14 days (please see our warranty details for more information), then it is dealt with on a case by case basis.

If we agree for you to return an item, there will be a 15% administrative fee plus you are responsible for the cost of return.
